Service Begins In
Our church has a rich history of developing and deploying leaders. This is part of God’s plan. As the kingdom of God grows and expands, new leaders must be developed. As a church we are intentional about developing leaders by giving believers greater responsibilities and opportunities to serve. Members can find opportunities to serve on our Springhill Serves board. We also have a Timothy Sunday where we challenge individuals to serve in new ways. Everything from greeters, SS teacher, to preaching. As the Lord stirs in individual’s hearts, we must continue to invest in developing servant hearted leaders.
This week we start our summer series in Timothy and Titus. This first week we look at how the early leaders in the church were entrusted with the calling God had on their life and how believers today ought to live in the same way as we too are entrusted.
