A Message from Our Pastor
Springhill Baptist Church
What it means to be faithful in every field
At Springhill Baptist Church, our dedication to being Faithful in Every Field is reflected in our focus on Gathering, Going, Gospel, and Growing. We view fellowship as the essence of our community, where we come together for worship, prayer, and the transformative power of God’s Word. Our call to Go motivates us to reach beyond our church walls and foster relationships that share the hope of Jesus Christ. Central to our mission is the joyful proclamation of the Gospel, inviting others to experience salvation. We are equally passionate about Growing, encouraging each member to deepen their faith and understanding of Scripture, as we cultivate a vibrant community rooted in love, service, and discipleship.
Faithful In Every Field
Gathering
The simplest definition of fellowship is “to share.” For the past 2,000 years, Christians have gathered to share their hearts through prayer, testimonies, worship and studying God’s Word. Our desire is to share our very lives as we gather each week to worship Christ.
Faithful In Every Field
Going
Some of Jesus’ final words on earth included a command to go. Both individually and cooperatively as a church, we must be intentional to find and develop relationships with people who are without the hope of Jesus Christ.
Faithful In Every Field
gospel
The gospel is the good news that Jesus Christ came to save sinners. That message is still the greatest news the world has ever heard. What an amazing privilege to join in sharing Christ through personal evangelism and the public preaching of God’s Word.
Faithful In Every Field
growing
The Apostle Paul’s personal ambition was to present every believer as mature and complete. Maturity is a very practical understanding of discipleship. Our hope is to help our family of believers grow in love, knowledge, and application of God’s Word.

Developing Leaders
Our church has a rich history of developing and deploying leaders. This is part of God’s plan. As the kingdom of God grows and expands, new leaders must be developed. As a church we are intentional about developing leaders by giving believers greater responsibilities and opportunities to serve. Members can find opportunities to serve on our Springhill Serves board. We also have a Timothy Sunday where we challenge individuals to serve in new ways. Everything from greeters, SS teacher, to preaching. As the Lord stirs in individual’s hearts, we must continue to invest in developing servant hearted leaders.

Current Series
Join us as Pastor Jared introduces our series on Pentecost and the Holy Spirit. This week we look at the early believers in Acts 19 who did not know there was a Holy Spirit. We ask whether we know the Holy Spirit today.
