Developing New Leaders is part of Springhill’s Four Fields’ vision throughout the year.
Timothy was a young man in scripture whom Paul discipled and encouraged. Jesus set the example of discipleship and then passing the baton so men and women can use their gifts to serve the Lord and His church.
Therefore, we will have “Timothy Sunday” as we welcome and challenge one another to step out in faith in what the Lord is calling them to do.
One way we will see this on Timothy Sunday is that our very own Tim Anderson will be preaching the Word. Tim faithfully serves as a deacon at Springhill, loves Christ and the word of God, and has a heart for the nations.
